How To Use MyTill
Welcome to the MyTill App which can be loaded onto Android phones or tablets. This program provides the functions of a modern Canteen Till with the ability to integrate Membership/Gift/Loyalty Cards .
The program is user friendly and suitable for volunteers with minimal training. Individual sale transactions, Club information and Gift/Loyalty Card balances are recorded and can be transferred for back-up or editing
The Layout
FOUR CATEGORIES
These four Buttons (Drinks, Food, Sweets & Other) are used to categorise your item buttons to make items easier to find. The category buttons can not be edited.
ITEM BUTTONS
Each category contained twelve Item Buttons. Each of these Buttons can be edited to suit your Club and can be repeated across categories for popular items (a Water Button may be created under the Drinks Category as well as the Food category if you consider this advantageous).

OPERATIONAL BUTTONS
Information will take you to a new page providing you with information about your club. This information may be useful to volunteers in your organisation.
Restart will reset the program for a new customer.
Subtract will enable you to subtract an Item if a customer changes their mind or the wrong Button was pressed.
Checkout will present a new screen to finalise the payment process. If a Gift/membership/Loyalty card has been scanned, the relevant information will be included and the Total adjusted.

ITEMISED LIST
This blue section will show the list of Items purchased, the number of each item including sub-totals leading to the grand total at the bottom of this section.
SCAN CARD
The Scan Card Button is used to read Membership Cards, Loyalty Cards or Gift Cards via the Tablet's Rear Camera. Cards can be printed with QR Codes, scanned by this program and matched to a database providing credit amount or gift card records.
INFORMATION PAGE
This page can be accessed from the Front page via the Information Button. This page provides contact details for the club and vital phone numbers which volunteers may require or be asked for on game day. Additional information can be entered into the light blue section as required.
MAP
A map showing your club may be loaded into the App. This may prove helpful to volunteers should they be required to give directions to your playing fields.
